Popping in

So… our outside world can be most delightful.

Nature, the people in our lives, our hobbies, our work.

We also allow the outside world to consume us entirely at times so we feel lost and tired.

It might be worthwhile to pop into your interior world from time to time. Inside, yourself, you can find a peaceful corner to rest, with practice.

You may find past behaviours waiting to be forgiven. You may find unfulfilled dreams bursting to be lived.

Enjoy the beauty of the outer world, but dare also to pop into your own world. Perhaps for a few moments each day. It is always there, waiting to be visited. 

In time, by popping in more often, you may notice the outside world might just delight you even more.
